1. Hygiene & Safety

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we take the safety and health of our customers seriously. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, brushed, styled, or altered in any way.

Note: All hair must be returned exactly as it was received—unopened, with all original tags and security seals intact.

2. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-colored units/wigs
  • Wigs with cut lace
  • Clearance or Sale items
  • Gift cards

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
