With proper care, our raw virgin hair and luxury extensions can last 2-3 years or more. We provide a care guide with every order to help you maintain the luster and longevity.
Absolutely. Since we only source 100% human virgin hair, it can be lifted to 613 blonde or colored to any shade. We recommend professional service for best results.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items with tags still attached within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made wigs are final sale.
